Couscous first visited here when she stayed with Val, while we were in Australia. When we got out of the car she recognised the village and started dragging me off to the retirement home across the road, where Val’s friend lives. Not sure how dogs do that!
Park on the road near the British Pilot pub and follow the public footpath through a field towards the Thames. There is a variety of birdlife. Note that it can be windy but it’s good an a sunny day.
